First Bell Rings at 7:27 a.m.

ALL SCHOOL EVENTS/MEETINGS ARE SUBJECT TO DATE ~ TIME CHANGE OR CANCELLATION BY SCHOOL ADMINISTRATION

Students you are not allowed to go to the parking lot or a vehicle for any reason

During lunch or at any other time without permission from

Ms. Webb, Mr. Driggers or Dr. Knight

Students are NOT to sit in their vehicles after parking. Exit your vehicles and proceed to the High School

Students you need to be at the bus immediately after the bell. The buses will be leaving and if you miss your bus you will have to find yourself a way home.

Cell phones must be placed in the safe zone during class!

CLOSED CAMPUS

All schools in the District shall operate closed campuses. Students are required to stay on campus from their arrival until dismissal at the end of the regular school day unless given permission to leave the campus by a school official. Students must sign out in the main office upon their departure. Students may not check out to leave for lunch.

Students you are NOT allowed to order outside food and have it delivered to the school

BREAKFAST: Sausage, Egg and Cheese Muffin, Honey Bun, Graham Crackers, Cereal, Juice and Milk

LUNCH: Mexican Chicken, Tortilla Chips, Refried Beans, Salsa Cups, Fruit, Sugar Cookie and Milk

LINE 2: Hot and Spicy Chicken Sandwich, Chicken Sandwich, French Fries, Stuffed Crust Cheese Pizza, Stuffed Crust Pepperoni Pizza and Milk

Snack will be served after 6th period in the hallway at no cost to students

Students:

Seniors, you have an email from yearbook about your senior quote. If you would like to put a quote in the yearbook this form will need to be filled out by the Friday before we get out for Spring Break, March 21st.

The library is hosting a Student Media Contest. There are eleven different categories to enter and the winner of each category will win gift cards. There will also be runner-up prizes. Some categories are photography, podcasts, animation, and live-action video. Check your email to see all the categories and contest guidelines. The deadline to enter is Friday, March 14th.

Girls Basketball will be holding try-outs for girls entering 7th-9th grade on March 19th , 4:30pm-6:00pm, and for girls entering 10th-12-th grade March 20th , 4:30pm-6:00pm. Girls that are currently playing soccer or softball will try-out once their season is over. Sign-ups will be March 4th-14th, and you must have a physical to try-out. You will need to check your email for the form

2025 Lady Miner Volleyball tryouts will be in April. Please check your email for the signup form. If you did not receive an email, please contact Coach Carter to sign up.

Anyone interested in running for the 2025/26 student council can sign up in the library through Thursday, March 20th in the library. You must meet the criteria and return your packet no later than Thursday, March 20th in order to run. Elections will be held on April 3rd for officers and April 10th for representatives.

Today starts the Baggo Tournament during the 1st and 2nd CAPs outside the front doors. If you signed up for the tournament, please check your email or the library doors to see when you play.
