First Bell Rings at 7:27 a.m.
ALL SCHOOL EVENTS/MEETINGS ARE SUBJECT TO DATE ~ TIME CHANGE OR CANCELLATION BY SCHOOL ADMINISTRATION
Students you are not allowed to go to the parking lot for any reason
During lunch or at any other time
Students you are not to be parking in the faculty parking lot behind the 9th grade building
Students are NOT to sit in their vehicles after parking. Exit your vehicles and proceed to the High School
Students you need to be at the bus immediately after the bell. The buses will be leaving and if you miss your bus you will have to find yourself a way home.
Cell phones must be placed in the safe zone during class!
CLOSED CAMPUS
All schools in the District shall operate closed campuses. Students are required to stay on campus from their arrival until dismissal at the end of the regular school day unless given permission to leave the campus by a school official. Students must sign out in the main office upon their departure. Students may not check out to leave for lunch.
Students you are NOT allowed to order outside food and have it delivered to the school
BREAKFAST:
Biscuit and Gravy, Mini French Toast, Fruit, Juice and Milk
LUNCH:
LINE 1: Beef and Cheese Nachos, Corn, Salsa Cups, Salad Bar, Ranch Dressing, Fruit, and Milk
LINE 2: Hot and Spicy Chicken Sandwich, Chicken Sandwich, French Fries, Stuffed Crust Cheese Pizza, Stuffed Crust Pepperoni Pizza and Milk
SNACK: Cheez Its and Hershey Milk
Snack will be served after 6th period in the hallway at no cost to students
Students:
Students & Faculty - stop by the library and enter the "Gummy Worm" contest. Guess how many worms are in the container without going over to win. The deadline to enter is Thursday, August 29th.
It's to sign up for class officers. There are 4 positions: President, Vice-president, secretary, and treasurer. If you are interested in running, please sign up in the library. See Mrs. Mode for more information.
Friday night the Bauxite Miners will play the Glen Rose Beavers 7:00pm at the Pit. The theme for the student section is ‘Merica. Wear your best red, white, and blue outfits to school and to the game!
FCCLA meeting on Thursday, August 30, during 2nd CAP in Mrs. Bewley’s room 202 in the middle school.
